Visa Requirements
Most countries are able to arrive for short holidays with either a visa on arrival, or visa waiver. The list below is from the Thai immigration ministry.
Countries Allowed a 15 day Thailand Visa on Arrival (VOA)

Nationals of the following countries are allowed a maximum 30 days stay without a tourist visa (except as noted). This 30 day exemption may be used for a maximum cumulative stay of 90 days within any 180 day period.
